Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Standard Free Shipping for Minimum Order $99: 8-10 business days

We currently ship to addresses within the USA only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skrunchzbeads@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
